Anti-discrimination Policy
San Jose Virtual has policies and procedures in place to protect its employees, students and anyone associated with the schools from discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment or retaliation. It prohibits discrimination based upon race, color, gender, age, religion, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, political or religious beliefs, national or ethnic origin, pregnancy, genetic information, and veteran status. Nonsectarian Policy
San Jose Virtual School is nonsectarian in its programs, admissions policies, employment practices, and operations as specified in Section 1002.45, Florida Statutes. The policies provided serve as a source of information about the policies and procedures for teachers, parents, and students. SJVS reserves the right to amend, add or change the policies, protocols, or procedures as it deems necessary or as required by law.
